Impressions

Quadriga represents the interplay of four buildings grouped around a lushly planted, terraced courtyard and connected by four joints. Each building has its own identity: The Townhouse serves as an urban landmark and architectural high point, offering flexible housing for singles, seniors, and families, while integrating commercial spaces on the ground floor. The House of Possibilities stands out for its high degree of adaptability, featuring open flex halls, balconies with PV elements, and a central atrium. The Neighborhood House strengthens social interaction through traditional housing typologies, a green façade, shared spaces, studios, and a bicycle workshop. “The Big Family” combines kindergarten, family apartments, and guest units into a vibrant center at the park. The ensemble is complemented by four joints – Potential Joint, Impulse Space, Neighborhood Path, and Green String – which unite functional, social, and ecological qualities. A carefully designed open-space concept with terraced levels, biodiversity, rainwater management, and communal terraces ensures a high quality of life. The commercial program focuses on family, education, and culture, creating synergies with the residential units, kindergarten, and Impulse Space. Shared spaces, idea boxes, and a guided move-in process encourage exchange, participation, and social sustainability within the neighborhood.
